By accessing and using CallBlair's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

2. Service Description

CallBlair provides AI-powered virtual receptionist services to help businesses manage incoming calls and customer interactions. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • 24/7 automated call answering and routing
  • Customer inquiry handling and information collection
  • Appointment scheduling and calendar management
  • Call recording and transcription services
  • Integration with existing business systems

3. Account Registration and Security

To use CallBlair, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring your contact information remains current

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use CallBlair services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Send spam, unsolicited marketing, or fraudulent communications
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service

5. Billing and Payment

For paid subscriptions:

  • Payment is due in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service

6. Service Availability and Modifications

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

7. Data and Call Recording

CallBlair records and processes phone calls to provide the service. You are responsible for complying with all applicable call recording laws and obtaining necessary consents from your callers. We recommend including appropriate disclosures in your call flows.

8. Intellectual Property

The CallBlair service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by CallBlair and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data and customer information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallBlair shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from service interruptions or errors
  • Actions or omissions of third parties
  • Any damages exceeding the amount paid to CallBlair in the past 12 months

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CallBlair from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your account through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where CallBlair is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
